We mainly ship from Japan using reliable international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, or other suitable shipping services.

Import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or other applicable import charges may be calculated and collected at checkout depending on the destination country or region.
When duties or taxes are shown at checkout, they are collected in advance for customs clearance.

We declare customs information accurately. We do not undervalue items or mark them as gifts.

For remote areas or oversized packages, additional shipping charges may apply. If any additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipping.

If a carrier asks you to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery even though they were already collected at checkout, please contact us before making the payment.
